ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of delivery. Store credit is issued as a DRV.ORA Garage gift card. We do not offer exchanges.

How Returns Work

To start your return, please email info@drvoragarage.com with your order number and reason for return.
Include the original packing slip and clearly mark the items you’re returning.
Ship the item back within 15 days of delivery. Keep your tracking number.
After we receive and inspect your item, allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Approved returns are refunded as a DRV.ORA Garage gift card.

Return Conditions

Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags/packaging.
Returns received after 15 days, in unsellable condition (stains, damage, odors, pet hair), or missing components may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.
We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit—retain proof of postage/tracking.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
No exchanges. You may return for store credit and place a new order for any available item.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not provide cash refunds. Approved returns receive store credit as a DRV.ORA Garage gift card.

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if: (a) your order was canceled by DRV.ORA, or (b) item(s) were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If such a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for us to clear it; your bank may take up to 10 business days to post it. Orders purchased with a gift card are refunded back to the same card immediately.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders

Packages returned to sender (invalid/incomplete address, carrier unable to deliver, or delivery refusal) will be restocked and issued store credit minus shipping/handling.

DRV.ORA is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to address errors entered at checkout. Double-check street, building, apartment, and route info before placing your order.

Digital Products

No refunds or cancellations on digital products. If you didn’t receive your file after purchase, contact info@drvoragarage.com.
