• Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, phone number, postal address, social handles, order IDs, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Account & Profile Data: password (hashed by our auth provider), preferences, saved addresses, and communication opt-ins.
• Order & Payment Data: items purchased, cart info, transaction totals, billing and shipping details. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by DRV.ORA.
• Giveaway / Sweepstakes Data: entries (including pre-launch entries), eligibility and age confirmations, AMOE (mail-in) details, and winner documentation required by law (e.g., tax forms).
• Usage & Technical Data: log files, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location, and cookie/pixel data.
• UGC & Communications: product reviews, survey responses, DMs, emails, and support messages.

10) Sweepstakes & Pre-Launch Entries

Pre-launch and main-launch entries are collected and processed to operate the giveaway, including eligibility verification, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and legal compliance (e.g., tax forms, publicly available winner lists where permitted). If a third-party administrator is engaged, we will share required information to administer the Sweepstakes per the Official Rules.

11) International Users

Our Services are primarily intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12) “Do Not Track”
