DRV.ORA “DGC-1” Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or X).

The DRV.ORA “DGC-1” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States and will be governed by U.S. and applicable state law. By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. Sponsor / Administrator

Sponsor: DRV.ORA Garage LLC, PO Box 2172 Harker Heights TX, 76548 (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: Sponsor will administer.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator (if any), their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Optional policy: If an Entrant (or someone in the Entrant’s immediate household) has won a DRV.ORA sweepstakes prize within the past twelve (12) months, they are ineligible for this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period & Pre-Launch

The Sweepstakes begins TBA and ends TBA (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s server/computer is the official time-keeping device.

Pre-Launch: Sponsor may open a pre-launch entry period beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 25, 2025. All eligible entries collected during pre-launch count toward this Sweepstakes and are treated the same as entries collected during the main launch.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry (Online)

Visit https://www.drvoragarage.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and purchase merchandise. Entrants receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and fees). All purchase entries must be received by TBA.

Entry Multipliers (if offered): From time to time, Sponsor may announce limited-time entry multipliers (e.g., 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X) on the Website and/or official social channels. When active, the multiplier applies to every $1.00 spent during that posted window only.

Anti-Fraud / Returns: Automated, bulk, or scripted methods are prohibited. Do not purchase with the intent to return in order to harvest entries. Chargebacks, refunds, or returns during the Sweepstakes Period may void the associated entries at Sponsor’s discretion, and suspected fraud may result in disqualification from this and future promotions.

B. Mail-In Entry (AMOE — No Purchase)

Hand-print on a 3" × 5" card: your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email. Mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each properly completed mail-in entry will receive twenty (20) entries into the Sweepstakes.
Postmark Deadline: Must be postmarked by TBA and received by TBA. If the postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, it must be postmarked the next business day.
Each envelope must be mailed individually; bulk shipments or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted.
Entrant must hand-print the card and envelope (a single helper due to disability is permitted). Incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries are void.

Incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected entries are void. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Sponsor may disqualify any entry not in compliance with these Rules.

5. Privacy

Personal information is processed per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at privacy. By entering, you consent to that processing and to receiving communications related to the Sweepstakes. You may opt out as allowed by law and the policy.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about TBA, Sponsor (or Administrator) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) will be notified via email and phone and may be required to respond within three (3) business days and complete documents as described below.

Fraud Alert: DRV.ORA will not ask a winner to pay any fee or provide bank/credit-card info to claim a prize. If in doubt, contact info@drvoragarage.com. Report scams to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

7. Grand Prize (One Winner)

Winner will receive one (1) DRV.ORA Mazda RX-7 FD “DGC-1” (the “Vehicle”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $[ARV] [plus $[Cash Stipend] if offered], OR a cash alternative of $[Cash Option] (paid [in a lump sum / in 12 equal monthly installments]), at Winner’s election (the “Prize”).

Delivery / Pickup: Vehicle must be claimed at a Sponsor-specified location in [City, TX] within 30 days of availability notice. Failure to take delivery may result in forfeiture.
As-Is: Prize is awarded AS IS, without warranty from Sponsor. Manufacturer warranties (if any) may apply.
Registration/Insurance: Winner is responsible for registration, license, title, insurance, emissions/safety compliance, and any travel/lodging to claim the Vehicle.
Taxes: Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV.
Publicity: Winner agrees the prize handoff may be photographed/filmed and grants Sponsor the right to use name, likeness, voice, and biographical info for advertising and promotion without additional compensation, where lawful.

If actual value differs from ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

8. Verification / Documents

Potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful) within five (5) days of notification. Failure to timely return documentation, inability to contact the potential winner, or noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion) if fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: Any attempt to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator (if any), their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promo agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or from acceptance/possession/use/misuse of any prize, including technical malfunctions, human error, printing errors, lost/delayed data, or interruptions.

California Waiver: Entrants waive Section 1542 of the California Civil Code (and similar statutes), acknowledging they may be releasing unknown claims.

11. Disputes / Governing Law / Venue

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: (i) all disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions); (ii) claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering; attorneys’ fees and punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages are waived; and (iii) this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Travis County, Texas].

12. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

13. Winner List

After verification, the Winner’s first name/last initial and state will be posted at winners on or about [Winners Post Date] for at least 30 days. To request a copy by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to [Winner List Address] within [timeframe] of the Draw Date.

14. Social & Manufacturer Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Apple, TikTok, X, or any vehicle manufacturer. Any manufacturer references are descriptive only and imply no endorsement.
